I specialize in 2D animation and design and I enjoy going to events, conventions, panels, doing life drawing and taking part in animation challenges and contests. Here are my most recent activities and projects.

In my spare time during the month of March I worked on a submission for Loop De Loop, an international monthly animation challenge. March’s theme was ‘Pig’ This is my submission. I painted the backgrounds in watercolor and created the art and animation in Adobe Animate. The sounds were from my wonderful husband Bill Drastal and looperman.com.
This past year I’ve had the honor to work with an amazing team over at Warner Bros on a production for a show called “Yabba Dabba Dinosaurs.” A new Flinstones cartoon. A lot of love and hard work went into that show but sadly we just found out that we have been cancelled. Since the AT&T merger all of the Boomerang original shows were cancelled all on the same day.
It’s been so much fun working in Layouts over there and I am going to miss the entire team so much. But it’s time to move on and find out what other adventures await. I just spruced up my demo reel a little bit and have been updating my resume over on Linked In. If you have any leads or info on places that are hiring for a 2D production or game please let me know. Even if it’s not my skill set there’s a ton of great artists I can point you to.

Animated shorts used for adult classes teaching English as a second language. I created the artwork in Photoshop, rigged and animated it in After Effects.
